Project update

The renovation of Cannon Hall Parks and Gardens is about to begin!

We are really excited to announce that the desilting of the lakes is about to start soon, we have appointed a Wakefield Company Ebsford Environmental Ltd, and their work programme shows them starting on the top lake first just after Easter, there will be vegetation clearance along the lake edges between now and Easter. This means the footpaths into Cannon Hall Park from Cawthorne, Cawthorne Cricket Ground will remain open for the foreseeable future, however the path off Barkhouse Lane (South of the lakes) will be closed as soon as contractors are onsite.

You are still welcome to access areas of the park and gardens not under construction via Bark House Lane car park as usual.

Please check our website www.cannon-hall.comnearer the time for exact dates of closures, or contact Sharon Sutton Tel: 01226 772002 or 773165

We thank you for your understanding and patience
